If you're not fully satisfied with your order from WaterH, no worries! Inform us within 30 days of receiving your product, whether it's the WaterH VITA smart bottle or the PureSip filter. We’re here to facilitate an easy return or exchange process. Plus, we take care of the return shipping cost!

Returning an opened filter isn’t eco-friendly, as it can't be resold for safety reasons. Therefore, we may ask that you keep the filter while we process you a refund if you're not 100% satisfied with the PureSip experience.

We may ask a few questions to learn from your experience, but rest assured we'll get you a refund processed.

Hydration reminder: LED will display a breathing blue light
Charging = LED will display a breathing green light.

- submerge underwater for over 30 minutes
- use the bottle with liquid over 140F / 60C

It is recommended to avoid putting liquid over 140F / 60C in the WaterH bottle.

Total dissolved solids (TDS) is a measure of the dissolved combined content of all inorganic and organic substances present in your water. WaterH’s Smart Scan technology helps measure and report on dangerous substances in your water so you never have to guess whether you’re drinking quality water.

The sensors have a minimum life expectancy of 3 years.
The TDS sensors are tested to have a 99% accuracy.
The water intake sensors have a 95%+ accuracy.

The WaterH bottle can be used with soda, juice, and obviously water. Please note that when using the bottle with anything but water, the TDS reading will be inaccurate.

This information gets instantly synced into the WaterH app whenever the bottle and your phone are within 5 meters of each other. WaterH senses every time there is newly refilled water and automatically analyzes the water.

For longevity and to maintain the built-in sensors and electronics, we highly recommend avoiding placing WaterH in the dishwasher. Hand wash will ensure your WaterH continues to serve your hydration goals for years to come.

The WaterH Smart Bottle can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

2. After refilling/drinking, make sure you are placing the bottle on a flat surface (not on the charger). A blue LED light will pulse once, indicating the data has been recorded.

Please perform an empty bottle re-calibration in your WaterH app.
